Custom Pillows
Pillows can make a big difference in a room's
decor by adding a needed touch of color or texture. Kricket pillows bring you that and more, in that they
are made with the fabric of your memories - a grandfather’s tweed jacket, a child’s christening gown, or
a bridesmaid's dress to name a few. Our custom pillows are one-of-a-kind sets, and as varied as the garments
sent to us. We've worked with vintage dresses and luxury brand accessories - and everything in between.
Here's what our customers are saying:
- "The pillows are in and gorgeous!! Thank you for all of your hard work."
- "Thank-you! The pillows look AMAZING!"
- "The pillows look AWESOME! They're perfect! Really beautiful work.... thanks again."
- "Love my pillows! Thanks. We've been admiring them."
- "The pillows are BEAUTIFUL. I love them! Thank you so much for doing such
a beautiful job...Also loved the care you took in wrapping! Nice touch. You do good work."

Each Kricket pillow is hand made with care. We work with
the original shape, lines, and unique details of each item to design the pillows. Original garments are gently
deconstructed by hand, then fit to a customized pattern to create a unique pillow set. Kricket Designs creates pillows with double stitching and reinforced corners, and each pillow or insert is
stuffed with down feathers or hypo-allergenic soft poly-fil®.
Custom pillows by Kricket Designs are also a nice way to contribute to the recycling efforts
all around us. Why discard your clothes or buy new pillows, when we bring you both a "green" and meaningful
option?

What should I make into a Kricket Pillow? The most popular Kricket pillows are made from women's coats, dresses,
children's clothing, sports coats, and ties. Kricket also makes pillows from items such as blankets, quilts,
linens, scarves, and tablecloths. We will recreate any type of garment into pillows, even last season's clothes,
so long as the fabric is durable.
How much does it cost? Pricing is based on a flat design fee, the number of pillows a garment will
make, and the intricacy of the garment (how difficult it is to deconstruct). Each client is given an individual price quote
based on their garment and any specifications provided.
